Application Intake / Workflow example
Resolve Two Application Issues with One Clear Request
Find the address conflict and missing proof. Prepare one request for the applicant.
Juniper Design’s application lists 44 Cedar Avenue. Its registration lists 84 Cedar Avenue, and the address proof is missing. This example finds both issues and prepares one clear request for Leah.

What Does the Document Request Resolve?
Select Prepare the document request. The first result names the missing proof and shows the two addresses beside their document labels. The editable request covers both issues without requiring a second preparation action.
Examine the original details before approval. The request asks Leah to supply address proof, confirm the correct address, and update the application. Approval saves that request locally. It does not send an email.
Simulate the corrected documents. The address becomes 84 Cedar Avenue across all three documents. The result replaces the unresolved findings with matching details and a review receipt.
A person still makes the application decision. Complete documents do not prove identity or eligibility. If a changed address creates another conflict, the example keeps that issue open.
The useful result is a complete request and a traceable corrected packet. The reviewer receives the relevant facts instead of reading unrelated document text.
What Potential ROI Could This Produce?
At 60% adoption, this example releases 32 hours per month. Assisted time includes human review.
Labor proxy: general administrative assistants. BLS May 2025 wages are $25.00/hour in Phoenix and $23.73/hour nationally.
The cost factor is 1.43, from US private-industry compensation, June 2026. This national factor is a Phoenix assumption.
| Input | Sample assumption |
|---|---|
| Monthly tasks | 400 |
| Minutes, manual → assisted | 12 → 4 |
| Build budget | $5,000 |
| Monthly operations | $200 |
| Potential value | Phoenix | US |
|---|---|---|
| Hourly wages + benefits | $35.75 | $33.93 |
| Monthly capacity value | $1,144 | $1,086 |
| Monthly net capacity value | $944 | $886 |
| First-year capacity ROI | 86% | 76% |
| Payback, months | 5.3 | 5.6 |
First-year cost: $7,400. ROI divides annual capacity value, less first-year cost, by first-year cost. Payback divides build cost by monthly net capacity value. Slower adoption delays payback.
Released capacity is not automatic cash savings. Workload and time reductions are illustrative, not BLS findings. Internal support is assumed; desic Maintenance costs extra. The budget and operating allowance are illustrative, not a desic quote. Measure costs before deciding.
What Needs Human Review?
The reviewer confirms the required documents and unresolved differences. A real build needs document permissions, agreed field rules, and retained revisions. Keep document preparation separate from the final decision.
Measure repeat requests, complete packets, review time, and unresolved conflicts. Test incomplete and conflicting packets before increasing volume. Inspect a sample of corrected applications for missed details.
