These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and desic, LLC("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of desic.
Using the service
You can use desic to scope, build, deploy, and operate AI systems that support work for your company. You agree to use the service lawfully, to respect usage limits, and not to attempt to circumvent security controls.
Your content
You retain ownership of your data and business content. We need a limited license to host, display, and process that content so we can build, operate, maintain, and improve your implementation. We do not use your content to train models without your consent.
Service levels
Managed subscription plans include support, monitoring, and maintenance commitments defined in your agreement. If a separate service-level commitment applies, credits or remedies will be described there.
Termination
Subscription terms, cancellation, and implementation milestones are governed by your agreement. We may suspend service for non-payment, abuse, or behavior that risks the service's integrity, with notice when possible.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months.
SMS messages
By providing your mobile number and agreeing to SMS, you consent to receive low-volume mixed texts from desic, LLC about your account, including billing notices and payment links. Consent is not required to buy or use our services. Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 4 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.
