Turn Company Records into a Sales Conversation
Prepare a contact brief and a relevant introduction from the company record.
Company research can leave contact details, fit evidence, and conversation notes in different places. The sales representative needs one useful brief. This example prepares the contact, supporting facts, and an introduction from the supplied company record.
Try the example
What Does the Sales Brief Contain?
The brief names Morgan Hale, operations director at Sonoran Supply. The company record lists 42 people, Arizona, and HubSpot. A September 30 hiring signal names a sales coordinator. These facts give the representative a specific question for the first conversation.
Select Prepare the sales brief. The result brings those details into one view and prepares a conversation opener. Examine the contact and source dates. Open the fit evidence to see how each selected criterion contributes to the score.
The score compares the company with sample criteria. It does not predict a sale. Change the target region to see the fit change. Missing source details remain visible instead of becoming invented facts.
Approve and save the lead when its evidence meets the criteria. The receipt records the company, contact, domain, and source date. A duplicate domain cannot create another shortlist entry.
What Potential ROI Could This Produce?
At 60% adoption, this example releases 39 hours per month. Assisted time includes human review.
Labor proxy: sales and related occupations. BLS May 2025 wages are $26.96/hour in Phoenix and $26.43/hour nationally.
The cost factor is 1.43, from US private-industry compensation, June 2026. This national factor is a Phoenix assumption.
| Input | Sample assumption |
|---|---|
| Monthly tasks | 300 |
| Minutes, manual → assisted | 20 → 7 |
| Build budget | $5,000 |
| Monthly operations | $180 |
| Potential value | Phoenix | US |
|---|---|---|
| Hourly wages + benefits | $38.55 | $37.79 |
| Monthly capacity value | $1,503 | $1,474 |
| Monthly net capacity value | $1,323 | $1,294 |
| First-year capacity ROI | 152% | 147% |
| Payback, months | 3.8 | 3.9 |
First-year cost: $7,160. ROI divides annual capacity value, less first-year cost, by first-year cost. Payback divides build cost by monthly net capacity value. Slower adoption delays payback.
Released capacity is not automatic cash savings. Workload and time reductions are illustrative, not BLS findings. Internal support is assumed; desic Maintenance costs extra. The budget and operating allowance are illustrative, not a desic quote. Measure costs before deciding.
What Needs Human Review?
A sales representative examines the contact details and decides whether to approach the company. A real build needs approved sources and current CRM records. Keep each source date with the relevant fact.
Measure research time and accepted leads against similar records. Also measure duplicates, missing fields, and corrections. A larger shortlist alone does not show better sales results.
