We repair defects and integrations. We do tests after each repair.

System monitoring

We monitor workflow status, errors, response times, data age, AI quality, and costs.

Infrastructure maintenance

We do maintenance on dependencies, deployments, scheduled jobs, backups, and recovery instructions.

Model updates

We do model and prompt tests with your examples. Your approval is necessary before each release.

Efficiency and costs

We help decrease model and infrastructure costs. We record measured results.

Maintenance includes one agreed production system, up to 3 existing workflows, and 8 engineering hours per month.

You also get automated monitoring, a monthly health and cost report, and a 30-minute review with Santos.

Service Terms

You pay each month. Cancel with 30 days of notice. Support is available during business hours. You also pay for hosting, model usage, and third-party software.

New workflows, major features, migrations, and more hours have a fixed price. Your approval is necessary before work starts. There are no automatic overage fees.

After the Sprint's 30 days of included repairs, start Maintenance. Existing systems start with a readiness review. Work included in Engineering has no Maintenance fee.
