Lead Generation / Workflow example
Answer the Lead’s Question and Stop the Next Reminder
Prepare a relevant reply. Keep the owner and reminder aligned with the conversation.
Elena asks whether the proposal includes a second location. Nine days later, the conversation still has no owner. This example prepares a specific reply, assigns Priya, and stops the reminder when Elena responds.

How Does the Reply Follow the Conversation?
The sample proposal belongs to Cedar & Co. Elena needs an answer about the services at her second location. A general reminder would leave that question unresolved.
Select Prepare the next reply. The draft asks which services the second location needs before updating the proposal. It also proposes a short call. Examine the customer message and proposal before approving the text.
Approval saves the reply and reminder in this example. The receipt names Priya and the next due date. If Elena does not respond, Priya has a clear next action.
Simulate Elena’s reply. The old reminder stops, and Priya must confirm the consultation. The saved state follows the new message instead of repeating the old reminder.
Try the contact who requested no further messages. No reply or reminder is prepared. These stop conditions are part of the workflow, not an extra task for the representative.
What Potential ROI Could This Produce?
At 60% adoption, this example releases 40 hours per month. Assisted time includes human review.
Labor proxy: sales and related occupations. BLS May 2025 wages are $26.96/hour in Phoenix and $26.43/hour nationally.
The cost factor is 1.43, from US private-industry compensation, June 2026. This national factor is a Phoenix assumption.
| Input | Sample assumption |
|---|---|
| Monthly tasks | 800 |
| Minutes, manual → assisted | 8 → 3 |
| Build budget | $5,000 |
| Monthly operations | $150 |
| Potential value | Phoenix | US |
|---|---|---|
| Hourly wages + benefits | $38.55 | $37.79 |
| Monthly capacity value | $1,542 | $1,512 |
| Monthly net capacity value | $1,392 | $1,362 |
| First-year capacity ROI | 172% | 167% |
| Payback, months | 3.6 | 3.7 |
First-year cost: $6,800. ROI divides annual capacity value, less first-year cost, by first-year cost. Payback divides build cost by monthly net capacity value. Slower adoption delays payback.
Released capacity is not automatic cash savings. Workload and time reductions are illustrative, not BLS findings. Internal support is assumed; desic Maintenance costs extra. The budget and operating allowance are illustrative, not a desic quote. Measure costs before deciding.
What Needs Human Review?
The representative examines the draft before approval. A real build needs inbox status, CRM ownership, and contact rules in one process. Record approval and the reason each reminder stops.
Measure response time, overdue inquiries, owner coverage, and reminders that stop correctly. Measure completed sales separately. This simulation does not show a revenue increase.
The production guide explains approval and exception handling before launch.
